We are looking fro a typical British vintage public information style voice 'now pay attention'
to record a 30 second clip.

Possible also in vision depending on visual fit, filmed on a mobile phone. Script needs to be recorded at home, can be on a mobile due to it being processed to sound old so does not need a professional recording set up but that would be preferable if possible.
