Role 1: Female Late 20’s (all ethnicities)
Approachable, loves to shop, up on all the trends, but also loves to save money and a good bargain.

Role 2: Female Late 30’s, Early 40’s (all ethnicities)
Time poor Mum, budget conscious. She doesn’t have time for lavish hair and makeup, but she’s not grubby and rundown. She’s doing the best she can, she loves being a Mum.

Role 3: Male 30’s (all ethnicities)
Friendly and approachable, looks after himself but doesn’t splash out on expensive clothing.
