Animator Needed for Still Photography Effects - $350

I need around 20 photographs, that will be used in a sequence for a documentary to be brought to life by creating parallax effects, cinegraphs and platographs.

For example in the photos attached, bringing the fire to life by adding moment to the flames and snow falling or creating movement in the steam off the persons body.

The duration for each photograph would be about 6-8 seconds each. Some photos may only require a simple parallax effect, while other may have multiple elements in them which require movement.
