The role can be adapted to a non dancer but they must be able to act and be willing to support the white swan. The show takes place on the 11th and 12th of January 2020 at Southwell Minster School. Rehearsals are every Sunday from 1-5pm and it’s essential you attend them all. The show is, not for profit, you will therefore not be paid; however, it will be great to add to your cv as experience as well as charity work as the show is for Breast Cancer UK.

Prince Siegfried (dancer/actor)
This character has grace and presence on stage with an air of sophistication. His physique is tall and masculine. He wears ballet tights and tunic with black ballet shoes. His hair is sleek and short. He galavants around the stage looking for his queen when he falls in love with the white swan. He is tricked into believing the black swan is the white swan and falls for her, this ending the white swan’s life. Scene 4 is emotional as the white swan dies in his arms.
