I have been singing professionally/competitively since the mid 1990's. As a teenager, I participated in, and won, several singing festivals. I have also had several years of vocal coaching, so am trained in singing technique, in classical and rock styles. Although my current work is primarily rock/pop based, I have a versatile voice, and can perform many different styles with ease.

Since 2008, I have been the singer and bass player of rock and party covers duo, Avarice. We have a busy gig schedule, with monthly residencies in several venues, as well as other pubs, clubs and private functions, weddings etc. We cover a wide range of styles of material, including rock, pop, metal, punk, country, blues.

Since 2015, I have also been the lead singer and bass player in a second band, Beat the Bullet. We are a tribute to the 80's/90's hair/glam/sleaze genre, performing material from artists such as Motley Crue, Skid Row, Whitesnake, Guns'n'Roses, Poison and many others. We perform in full stage attire - spandex, bandanas etc.

As a result of my work with the bands, as well as previous experience, I am completely at home singing and performing in public, and equally comfortable in a recording studio.

I began playing the bass guitar in 2007, whilst setting up Avarice, and although, my style is fairly simplistic, I am competent and solid in performance.

I am more looking to expand my experience and get involved in some projects outside of the pub circuit. Get in touch if you think I am what you need!
