Before you load a photo, make sure your photo is in one of the following photo formats:
.bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif and .tiff.
To upload a photo:
- Make sure the photo file is loaded on your computer, and that it is an appropriate photo for your profile as per this guide.
- Sign in, go to the My StarNow tab at the top of the screen and click on ‘Upload photo’.
- Click the ‘Browse’ button.
- Navigate to find the photo on your hard drive.
- Select the photo and click ‘Open’.
- Write a caption (if you wish to include one).
- Click upload photo. The photo will take between a few seconds to a few minutes to load.
- Use the photo options to rotate, crop or edit the photo.
To upload a headshot:
You can either upload a new photo to use as your profile headshot or select any of your current photos on your profile.
To upload a new headshot:
- Sign in, go to the My StarNow tab and go to ‘Manage my photos’.
- Click on ‘Upload a new headshot’.
- Follow the steps as above (steps 3-7), but make sure you also select ‘make this my main profile photo’, and check that it is a good headshot photo as per this guide.
- Then crop the headshot according to the example provided.
- The photo will then be sent to the StarNow team for approval.
- Once the headshot has been approved it will show on your profile. If you are a full member, it will show in the Talent Directory.
To use one of the current photos:
- Sign in, go to the My StarNow tab and go to ‘Manage my photos’.
- Click on ‘Choose a different headshot’ and click on the photo you want to use.
- Crop the photo according to the example provided.
- Click on ‘Crop photo’ and then ‘Done’.
- The headshot will be then sent to the StarNow team for approval.
- Once the headshot has been approved it will show on your profile. If you are a full member, it will show in the Talent Directory.
