Contract Duration: 6 Months

Salary: Accommodations, Meals & Drinks, Plus Gross Pay $1800.00 - $2000.00 USD Monthly.

-Create and implement a minimum of one (1) new show every three months reaching the demographics and expectations of the resort guests.
-Able to work with resources available on island

-Choreographer must also be capable of making appropriate music, stage set and costumes choices.
-Knowledgeable on lighting, and elements of drama and stage design/ techniques.
-Schedule and conduct rehearsals in preparation for the shows in coordination within the resort operations.
-Candidate must be passionate about music, dance and other elements of performing arts.
-Candidate must be flexible, willing to take risk in creating new and dynamic productions
-Candidate must have strong Leadership and Supervisory skills and is able to supervise all evening entertainment operation(s), facilities and activities.
-Candidate must be able to work and involve non-dancers into production.
-Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
-Commit to at least a one year contract
-Be able to work a 6-day, 70-hour week with limited time off
-Be willing to comply with the resorts appearance guidelines and policies.
-Enjoy working in a high-volume, fast-paced, Guest service environment
-You must have an understanding of the family-resort concept and conduct yourself in an respectful and professional manner.
-You must keep Get Up & Go Global informed via email or phone of any issues or concerns, and you must inform Get Up & Go Global if you wish to extend your contract or if you are unable to complete the entire contract term.
-Any other task that is required of you not documented here and related to the position.

Get Up & Gp Global has confirmed that his resort will get your Working VISA before you arrive. A list of all the required documents that need to sent in is detailed below. You will be responsible for obtaining all the papers necessary to apply for the work permit.

You will be sent a medical fitness form that needs to be completed by your doctor and sent back to us.
You will be sent an immigration form that needs to be filled out and returned to us.

Before Being Hired:
Have a pre-employment medical examination including drug test.
Obtain a Criminal Background Check.

All the above items are required for the processing of work permit and labor clearance. Once your work permit is approved, a copy of your work permit will be sent to you and must be presented upon arrival at the airport along with your passport. Any additional talent besides dancing will be an asset, must be able to speak English. We must be aware of any medical conditions e.g. Asthma, allergies, etc.

This is a creative position which is suited to someone who is quite open to the artistic and physical demands which is inherent to the role. The ideal candidate must be prepared to invest quality time that would reflect one’s creativity in preparing the shows.
